DL and BB share price conflict??

If you were the directors of DL and BB would you not be very upset with POET management if they gave Investors a better share price than what they got for their companies?

I know I will be mad as hell unless I know that very good things are in store for me in the coming days and months.

Lets see how this unfolds...
