For me there has to be a reason behind why management would value this company's shares at what is a disappointingly low discount. The question is, is this deliberate or is it, as some suggest, as a consequence of being bamboozled by the Bankers?

My view is that it is quite deliberate. Given the wayboard members has been excluded from the PO, it would seem that management know exactly who it is that will be buying these shares and clearly whoever they are, they are holding a big stick and speaking quietly.

Not knowing the applicable law as a Brit I'm on weak ground about legality and will leave that aspect to the lawyers present.

My principle thought is that there are many more steps to be played out in this storyline and at present we are reacting to incomplete information. This story line will continue. I expect a company statement is overdue if we are to begin to understand what, if not total incompetence, is intended. That must be the company's next action
