Guys and gals....it's the moneyed people talking.

POET was not going to attract new big time investors if they had to pay considerably more than previous big time investors. Hence, the $0.36 shares and $0.52 warrants. These numbers are in line with what the early OPEL/POET financiers paid. I'm not surprised.

Other than the new money, nothing has fundamentally changed. I will sleep well tonight - I hope all of you do as well.
