That friends, is what this "deal" creates on a fully diluted basis. Unless my math is wrong. Please, somebody correct me on this. 50,000,000/.36=138,888,889+ equal number of warrants 138,888,889 at .52(for 5years)=277,777,778 shares fully diluted added to the 250+ million de shares we already have. Which means a majority stake in the company is now established for whoever coughed up the money. Excuse me.....the dry heaves have started again.....derekwpg
