Oogee re: "the factor you use when you want to calculate the lowest possible share price acceptable if the 25% threshold is to be maintained."

I assume one of the ways to calculate what "less 25%" is referenced from (SP) is the closing price today, rather than some kind of moving average (I do not know these rules). If so, and that was what happened, I find it very odd that they would use the closing price from today (minus 25%) and then release the NR 19 minutes later (after the close). If they used any average (not closing price today), the average would be higher than $0.48 close from today (we never went below $0.50 other than today in recent history). How to explain that????
