Have received my 2nd e-mail from B. Perry late this evening. One yesterday, answering the question "Can you inform me why Poet is perusing raising cash at this time of very low stock price? Why do they need the money now?"

The answer was a standard "focused on building a long-term, sustainable business while simultaneous continuing to pursue commercialization" blah blah blah.

My e-mail today, (2nd one) complaining about the terms and priority of the financing was answered - that my comments & concerns will be included in their report to management.

I feel so much better now.
