I have spoken to IIROC and have suggested that there has been insider trading by the company and the lead brokers as the stock has seen abnormally heavy selling since it was announced. I said they have taken advantage of the public and brokne insider rules. The only thing they would tell me is that there is an open investigation and would take time.
