Last week, when I raised a lot of questions about the financing, I was told that I should stop posting because I was being too negative. So, I understand why people are rightfully peed off, feel like they were stabbed in the back by management, and most importantly, have lost a lot of money. The reaction to teach "them" a lesson is normal, but for those still holding shares, going to the SEC will not solve anything, and could cause even more problems, not just for management, but for shareholders. I also know, that many here are so angry that they just don't care. I don't imagine this post will be well received, but it had to be said, and is just my opinion.
