Years ago when we first bought POET there were many people who had acquired shares at far lower prices. Today, there are simply more of those people. Do I like it? No, but I bear neither them or POET any animosity; that's just how the money markets work.

Other than this financing, which I view as a positive step for the company, nothing fundamentally has changed. In fact, all the recent changes (the last 12-18 months) point to a bright and prosperous future. I also don't believe the new dilution will affect very much in the long run.

My overall perspective of POET remains unchanged.
