I hear you. This looks like a share grab at our expense for sure. Why walk it down and then announce and then wait on pricing? It certainly did generate more dilution. Who is buying/benefiting from this deal? Did they need to generate this much dilution to counteract accumulation by a competitor for hostile takeover? Or is the technology not completely working yet so they need quick capital to pivot to a product they can manufacture pronto (say a device used in oil and gas or a device used in health monitoring). Or do they need to make another acquisition to keep from being thwarted by a competitor standing in their way in order to bring this tech to fruition? At any rate, I hope it ends here. Because if this is just a step to a lowball offer or taking us private, that will not wash with many here.
