I say "suddenly" because it was a complete surprise and shock to me. But obviously, you knew, you expected it, right? The facts speak for themselves. If Poet didn't need the money, at these terms - and I have never seen worse - why then did they do it? Answer that one. I ask for details, not general statements from the Co.

"we knew about the prospectus": Yes, we did, filed less than a month ago, and many on this forum said it was just a pro forma, a non-event, sort of just in case they ever needed it. I missed the post where you said clearly, the Company is about to raise money. And when it became a fact, a couple of weeks ago, the stock was at .76c. But we didn't have any details yet, and no one expected what was to come, except for yourself, eh? When the prospectus was filed, on Oct. 12th, the stock began it's decline.
