My immediate thought would be, that this whole PO was done in haste. It then follows, that the road show was also done with a large degree of urgency, as such they just didn't promote the timetable. But then it's also very possible that this had been on the cards for a while and the lack of clarity around dates and venues, was a a deliberate ploy to keep you and I out of these meetings, so to speak.

Either scenario leaves a lot of questions unanswered and a very nasty taste in the mouth, if I'm honest. Let's hope they had a good reason to put on such sordid show!! I have to believe there is.
