I understand the frustration of the majority of the shareholders on this board, but there are some pretty serious statements and allegations being made; commentary which should not be thrown around lightly. Clearly there is an issue with communication, but is that out of necessity or negligence? Only time will tell. I for one will give management the opportunity to explain what has transpired over the past few weeks. I just hope no one on his board rings a bell that can't be unrung without all the information needed. It is not unreasonable to expect a detailed explanation as to why the PO unfolded as it did. Everyone has the right to take whatever steps they feel are necessary to protect their rights but I fear that people are making some knee jerk decisions.
