Very small consolation, but the share price currently is not awful considering what happened.

It will be interesting to see if R&R is able to pump this share price back up by touting it to their clients and prospective clients.

If that was the plan all along, I sure hope it works, and the timing could be right for it, with some positive news releases sprinkled in over the next six months. Those have mostly fallen on deaf ears, share price wise, for the longest time. It could be different with such a push in the states. The 1% guess of those brokers in the US in the know about POET is double or triple what I think, so there is a large, new audience.

And to whoever said we can buy at the price the banker's and their customers did, not so, the warrant is a huge kicker that we can't get. If many of the participants will have sold all or most of their shares by now (by shorting) or over the next few months, then the "overhang" won't be a big deal - those people will hold the warrants, and won't have stock to sell to raise money with which exercise them in five years. By then, we'll likely have been sold or have left the marketplace, one way or the other.
