I agree. I wonder what they will tell us. It better be good with a bit of meat, not fluff.

Please note that the company and management are largely limited by regulations on what they can say until the offering closes, which is expected to occur this Wednesday, November 2nd. Upon closing, the company will have the opportunity to provide additional perspective and rationale related to the offering.
