I don't understand all the talk about US investors? Poet has been listed and trading on the US equivalent (or worse) the OTC exchange all along, trading at at two bits now. How is this latest financing supposed to increase awareness and excitement? Besides, we have no idea who took down the latest public offering. Some here claim they got some, so I expect several financial institutions, including some Canadian perhaps? I also think we will never know percisely who all the investors were.
