We are all assuming that POET needs the money, what if they don't really need it but some big time investor was looking to get a few million shares of POET. How would they do it?

How about this: have a PO without a strike price and a week after we will pay you whatever the closing price is less 25% . Incentives: our name alone will have your share price sky rocket in no time at all.

May be I am crazy because of all the red I am seeing in my accounts, but is this possible?
