FJ, I think you set the stage calling out the need for a MOCVD, along with Suresh's comments of course about controlling our wafer supply . OZ, you followed up with the valuable information about Denselight. They have a department for epiwafer fabrication with the competent personnel to operate the MOCVD needed for it. Perhaps urgency was the motivation for the deal. EPI Works was too slow, and they are too close to II-VI for my liking. Friend or competitor? We need to get our epitaxi in-house to control POET technology. We need to be first to market and maybe we have a customer and they don't want to wait. Maybe it took cash now to make that happen. Now we have cash (at least our company does) and we can make it happen. I'll modify my close with a Good Luck to Longs. The above were my thoughts and opinions. Lots of maybes there but that's the best I can do at this point. BT
