"I was thinking about this deal last night trying to figure a different angle on maybe why this happened this way, and the one thing I did think of is maybe they set the warrant price low to get them exercised quickly and at the same time the 60 months might have been asked for but the institutions as a bit of a cushion just in case it takes longer then expected to get the price where's they want it, after all, all they have to do is look at ptk's track record and see it does get delayed once in a while, anyway kind of the same train of thought, get the warrants exercised quickly to get the cash quickly."
