34.8 million shares added. I think about dilution and I think about what dilution means. I guess true dilution would be 34.8 million shares given away for nothing. That's not the case. If the value of those shares improves the value of Poet either in real investment such as in products or opens the market up a bit more to new investors and improves Poet's chances of success than I guess we can assume that the dilution is much less and ,depending on effect, maybe no dilution at all......Just myself trying to settle into the new reality and make the best of this very unusual situation. ...As I said before I still believe in Poet and what they can do for us. Maybe it will take a little longer. Although things can happen very quickly as i now see with another investment. Our outlook right now is very grim but that could change in the blink of an eye in this market. So don't give up the dream.
I think of the good old days when share price was generally mostly moving up and the Agora board much more positive. Back when we talked about $70 bucks a share being a real possibllity,(and still is) yet in reality most and I in particular would have been content with $5/share.
We've all had our say on what happened the past few days, some more colourful than others, self included. If we can only get some kind of justification , or reason, or even appology for perhaps a mistake from the company then we can accept but turn our back on this deal move on.
Good luck to all,
