IMO, this money(as much as it hurts) was raised to bring things in-house and accelerate time lines to commercalization.

PS: Owners of the new shares are weeding out the last of the retailers/short termers. SP is way way way oversold. Nov 28th will be a line in the sand. The trading right now is all based on emotion and fear.
