Sure if that is the reason, I think you mentioned a $2M- $3M cost for one of those units, but why report on August 30 that new products are still expected before end of 2016 and DL cash flow positive by Q1 2017, then 2 days later file the Shelf Prospectus? It's very hard to believe their plans suddenly changed over those 2 days.

Are you still thinking Poet's Inflection Point is coming before the end of 2016?
