They need this devils advocat as soon as possible.

I thought that is what the CFO is for. To scrutinize. The last CFO-Barnes was just a puppet which none of the executive listened to, IF did manage to say something from his Toronto office. IMO, he was just collecting a paycheck.

May be the new CFO will have the power and the ear of the new management since he was hired by them.
