Over the years here we've all hoped for a pleasant surprise but pretty much it's always been a disappointment so I hate to say it but I think you are probably correct Jack. Definitely holding a lot longer than I thought I would have. Having said that a delay is different than " it doesn't work " so I still hold out hope that this top tier management team can prove their worth.
