okiedo, I'm not sure what you are getting at, first off my US neighbors are not new. I will leave it at this. In my original post I would like to change "I doubt that the US investors will turn out to be "friendly hands""to "I doubt that the investors will turn out to be "friendly hands"" (i.e. without the US, I tried to explain that the origin of the investor is irrelevant to me). As mentioned, that was not my intent.
