All good points but I suspect that POET will not start out by building such a brick and mortar facility. Such an undertaking would add many more $ and much more time to POET's roadmap.

I believe that they will buy time on an existing Production line somewhere in Singapore. This will enable POET to test and deliver much faster. They can always engage a brick and mortar site and a later time.
