Shash, you are correct, the problem lies within the structure of the Agoracom software itself. Hubleaders simply don't have a button to remove messages from vice presidents and up. I sent a message to George regarding this problem, but I didn't receive a response yet.

I also suggested a feature to keep people from posting for a certain period of time, say a day or a week. Would be much more severe than removing a post, but much less than a ban.
