Here are some facts that I have uncovered by back checking

1) prior to the Prospectus, there has been no disclosure, by public record of an investigation, by the company by way of NR or other scource

2) An investigation with a potential liability approaching 1 million dollars against the company is considered material.

3) This investigation has not been discussed by post either here or on Stockhouse since the Prospectus was issued.
