Sorry Junkers, but for 59er It appears to be a big deal, in that he wants us to respect the chicken licking approach to evaluating management performance i.e.(the sky is falling in) because of something that happened eight years ago.  So how much of a blot is this likely to be on the current landscape I wonder,  a minor diversion or a salutory fact?

Historiclly the Pierhall regime had little to commend it yet somehow PTI emerged from that difficult time. Thank heavens this is the only Poo Trap to have occurred.  

It really is a pity that the current regime has to mop up such messes but It's good to know that someone is getting to grips with these issues which must not be allowed to fester. An investigation should clear this up and we should consider if Pierhall was accountable as he appears to have significantly benefitted from OPEL.
