It is a shame that present shareholders are held responsible for any wrong doing so long ago.   While those who have left, who sold their shares are Scott free, especially the management that was in place 8 years ago.   There is no statute of limitation I guess, not for shareholders apparently.  When there are problems, shareholders are first in line for the firing squad.   But we all knew that of course.  Maybe nothing will come of it?
