These are only my dots connecting here, but from what some of you had already stated/insinuated, it makes too much sense that II-IV is playing dirty pool here.

They bought both companies that we made agreements with (Epiworks & Anagidics). We pulled away from Anadigics on time, but we couldn't pull away from Epiworks as we needed some final touches and II-IV is doing everything in their power to make us struggle, hence getting our product out of the US for further development at Wavetek in Taiwan.

II-IV is a big company and are probably using every tactic in the book and wouldn't surprise me that they got the ball rolling on the False Claim Act Investigation with ODIS. BAE is one of their customers.

POET is a huge threat to them and they are protecting their brand at all cost.

This is why I believe they needed the quick money, buy the equipment (MOCVD) and make their own wafers and totally get away from the billiards table (Epiworks).
