Probably because many investors and companies won't deal with them while on the exchange they currently reside on. They need a dual listing....stat.  If you want credibility in the markets, and in the eyes of your customers, this is not the place to be. Again don't know if this has anything to do with PTK, but I have learned never to rule out things in the technology field. A few sudden lay offs tend to change your ideals.
