yes - in addition it gives competition (like II-VI) more time to penetrate markets. While POET has patent protection on some they may not have all corners nailed down or there products are sufficiently better than companies like II-IV that they can take a great market share. Hopefully they have good plans on how they will get thru the next year (cost control, more NRE and sales revenue). One good thing is they have improved margins and hopefully the changes that they are making at DL help improve them more as they ramp up sales.
