Junkers I can't make out your point.  I seem to have been hit by an avalanche of your ancestors military experience. 

 My point was that deception is a part of planing.  The competition know we are coming but, from the vague milestones stated by management viz 2018, clearly not when.  

So are you saying that deception is not part of the PTI plan wich is what prompted my response to ITTR.

I would not be surprised that AOC is more doable than stated same and that the same goes for the detector. Expect to be surprised.
