Personally I think the entire industry knows that one of Apple's executive is on the TRAB. As a result, a suitor could logically expect that Apple would defend its position if someone took a run at POET and I'm not sure there are any deeper pockets than Apple. As a result, there is a real possibility that a suitor couldn't win the bidding war, so why upset that Apple cart (sorry, couldn't resist)
