"I think we go full circle in the argument in terms of NDA's in place. Those without NDA's are not in the know. Those with the NDA's in place are handcuffed."

I wonder about the legality of withholding information (not in the know) from shareholders, information that is vital, which could affect the stock price.   NDAs are not insiders, so if they have information not available to shareholders, they can act upon it to the detriment of shareholders.  

It just doesn't seem right.   Which leads me to believe that interested partners are waiting for proof, just like the rest of us.
