Well, not completely put to rest as almost 40M shares have traded hands since that shareholders list was published on Nov 30th....almost 25M traded today!

Only thing that connects PTK & RNVA is Mr.Mika, otherwise we wouldnt even be looking at them. However, gets interesting with RNVA proposing a 10:1 (or greater) RS presumably to get the share price back into dollars, and the usefulness of a reverse takeover used by foreign companies to get into a US market.

A foreign company may use an RTO as a mechanism to gain entry into the U.S. marketplace. If a business with operations based outside of the U.S. purchases enough shares to become a controlling interest in the U.S. company, it can move to merge the foreign-based business with the U.S.-based one, giving access to a new market without the costs traditionally involved.

To complete the process, the final resulting company must be able to meet all Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting requirements and other regulatory standards, including the filing of an SEC Form 8-K to disclose the transaction.

All pure speculation of course, only thing we know is Mika used to work there and now works here.  The RNVA activity could simply be connected to their Sept news release announcing the acquisition of Genomas, or something else completely....
