SEDI is best of course but delayed until the trade is formally registered. You do have to understand how to navigate it though.

The TMX insider page still works but is less consistent (and when it does update, it does so at least 1hr later than previous - used to be at 7pm EST). It posts that there is a trade marked insider. This means is may or may not turn out to be a trade by an active insider - other times it is an ex-insider who failed to turn off the flag.

There is Canadian Insider. Don't know why I do not prefer them anymore. They post that there is a marker but later than the TMX insider page.
