Oldgreg,
This statement was in the last Finacial(Q3 16) statement.
'A key part of our strategy is to form collaborations with semiconductor, defense and electronics companies that will assist us in developing, testing, and commercializing the POET platform. We expect to negotiate specific ownership rights with respect to the intellectual property developed as a result of the collaboration with each partner.'
Behind the scenes in PTI a lot happens that only reaches our awareness in those asides buried in company statements. I have the distinct impession NASA is involved.
How big an aside did the Blevins TRAB announcement amount to? Management was desperate to engage our attention and that fact cannot be ignored in the context of the above quote. I emphasise 'A key part of our strategy'.
When management are condemned by established posters for doing nothing, incompeteance or not worth their salaries, they are blind siding this board to the negotiations that are 'a key part' of PTI's underlying work and a sound reason to be invested for the potential this amazing technology offers.
Just how many pots are on the boil I cannot say but I for one hear them bubbling.
