It is an undeniable fact that the TRAB has existed for a period of two years.  Now it has offially been dispanded, the question, that cannot be answered, is what did it achieve? Yes a formal structure has ended but as there was a clear statement made that an informal advisory link remains we have to think what that means.

Given that the only external member of the TRAB was Tony Blevins, a VP Procurement at Apple, I would say that Rainer need not alter his relationship chart too much, other than to remove the TRAB box but retain the Blevins link.

Junkers, who it seema can't resist the opportunity to gloat judging by the tone of his post and fruitcake references, concludes that the TRAB  achieved nothing of consequence.  Whilst this suits his realism, no nonsense approach to assessing  PTI potential.  This of course is just one opinion but a myopic one to my mind  based on the conclusion that if  I can't see it therefore it isn't there.  Not so in POM POM land Junkers old friend.

I love fruitcake with a slice of cheddar cheese as a great keep me going boost whilst sailing SULA.  I am similarly boosted by yesterday's news. My reading of the demise of the TRAB is that it has achieved what it set out to fulfil and the fact that the announcements is coupled with what amounts to 'a night of the long knives' in reorganisational terms is very significant.  PTI is in effect announcing the end of Lab to Fab phase and is announcing the start of the Production Phase in the companiy's life cycle.  We are moving forward fast, we are geared to produce products at DenseLight to comercialise and subsequently to reap income from sales.

Whether there is or is not a fruit connection is as it ever was, clouded in the uncertainty created by NDA. But I refuse to eliminate, as Junkers has, the real possibility of licensing deals that have been two years in the making. Commercialisation is but one half of PTI focus, the TRAB was set up to advise on prioritising product development.

The missing dot is what product, not no product.
