Well, we know that they have made "purchases of equipment" by both the NR's and first hand observation and we know, via the news relaese that the management chain has been corrected, so other than a few more engineers that need hiring, according to the website, for process and operations, the DL problems ARE corrected and they are posiitioned fo the next step of commercialization.

To me, the activity over the past 2 months has been very robust. Now, show us the money!  LOL
