Jack, shareholders who control 5% of the outstanding shares can join together or, as an individual, call a special meeting to introduce a motion to force the AGM to be held in a location of their choice, if the motion should pass on a vote.

Somewhat short of that expensive option, we can all lobby IR very hard to have the AGM in Toronto (is that your choice?)
