I guess Todd is still on board knowing of the importance of POET to display technology, but his focus is on Pixleworks as president and CEO:

It seems he is doing a quite good job there, Q4 are already out:

Increased revenue 19% year over year and 17% sequentially to $16.0 million
Achieved GAAP net income of $0.01 and non-GAAP net income of $0.04, per diluted share
Generated positive cash flow from operations, with net cash balance of $19.6 millionat quarter-end
