Sula continues with his mantra, much like the rest of us do with ours. It would take something really dramatic for any of us to change our spots.
Okiedo, not that I don't share your frustration, but for years folks here have been talkng mega-multiple returns. If you believed that, or even in significant multiple returns, you don't get an opportunity for those returns for free. The cost is risk of failure, and a rather severe risk it si. I really can't blame current management for becoming quite excited at times about achieving true disruption - and they are coming to us from a position of tech savvy. Not so with past management.
For many years, I have been of the opinion that the chance of great success is less than 50/50. Maybe less than 25%, but the return if you hit, well, I felt it was worth the risk. So, I feel now that the big hit is more in jeopardy, but they have pivoted (slightly) and given the company more of a runway to succeed in the ultimate quest, while building a company that might be profitable enough to get the share price moving meaningfully, albeit slowly. In this manner, I'm hoping that much of the "severe" risk has been mitigated, only time will tell.
