Phil-v: The 4th quarter results and the annual financial statements were released on Mar.17th last year.   If they use the same date this year (Friday), we will know more, exactly a month from today.

I believe the 2016 annual report will come later this year. The reason is that the DenseLight and BB Photonics acquisitions are to be included which means much more work than for the 2015 annual report, not only to create the report, but also to attest it.

The annual report is due by the end of April and I think they'll exhaust all the time they have.
