A couple of months ago, I questioned the reason for the PP, and received a lot of negative comments. This management made a big choice and changed direction from research to production by buying DensLight and BBP. At the time, Suresh said "we're a real company now". Unfortunately, it took a lot of money to renovate DenseLight, .... more than we had.
A company like PTK can't go to the bank for money. Even if they could, why would they, because that money has to be paid back. Far easier to do a PP. The money received from shareholders never has to be paid back. No guarantees, no obligations. And you don't even have to thank the shareholders.
"Another PP , borrowing from Bankers, Or closing the company?"
I'm not happy that due to management decisions, such a question even has to be asked!
