I believe that Suresh was going to be the one that presented this low loss ,low cost etc. info at the conference but Bill Ring took his place for some reason ... Who knows,, this is Dense Light`s  achievement  so  maybe that is  why Bill Ring will present the info as opposed to Suresh.. It seems odd that someone never thought about that when Suresh was named as the presenter in the first place.. I called IR to see why Suresh will not be present  but had to leave a message and call back number....
