I don't disagree Hogan, we all want to see results that will propel the share price higher.....however, the II-IV purchase was not intended to be an influence on timelines, it was a shot across the bow by competing firms that said if you tell us what you are doing, we will do everything in our power to stop you, because, well, you know, POET would annihilate them. I come to that conclusion by the speed at which II-IV jumped inbetween POET and Wavetek/Anadigics when our "deals" were announced.

I agree that actions speak louder than words, and I truly believe that we will be rewarded for our patience, eventually, but I also understand that the company is in a precarious position now, possessing technology that a lot of people would like to get their hands on, and struggling to market it without giving away the farm.

I don't need to tell you how secretive all major tech firms are, that is a given, and although it's difficult to compare POET to them in revenue terms, I think it is far easier to compare them in terms of technological progress. So in that sense POET is just like everyone else, only letting the market know what it must tell.

All that being said, I hope (too) we don't have to wait much longer, and do believe that an optimized VCSEL in the hands of customers would warrant, and receive a release.
