You may be right about the R&D thing which actually helps to make my point that we are not far enough along for such a deal to happen or to be blocked by some agency in the name of competition. We have no idea what was discussed or reccommended by the TRAB. Other than gaining knowledge about the Poet tech, we don't know what TB might have taken away from or brought to the TRAB.
