Assuming the institution/PP subscribers haven't already dumped their shares and have the incentive to influence the stock to increase share price - yes. The question for us is, have they dumped their shares and now hold the free warrants that came along with the deal? 

I can't find details on the hold period for those shares from the NR ... hopefully it just wasn't disclosed or I missed it. Otherwise it's just a further highlight of how awful that deal was and I think we're sick of talking about that.
